What's the meaning of this holiday?The Days of the Dead (DÃa de Muertos) is a Mexican holiday celebrated on November 1 and 2 to honor deceased loved ones. It is a time for families to gather and remember their loved ones, and for communities to come together and celebrate life and death. One of the most iconic symbols of the holiday is the skull, which represents the cycle of life and death.
